HARTFORD – The state’s highest court is set to hear arguments in a legal dispute over a planned wind turbine project in Colebrook.
The Supreme Court is being asked to settle questions concerning the Connecticut Siting Council’s authority to issue declaratory rulings approving the location of wind turbine projects.
