The Department will be holding public hearings in January 2014 at the locations below. For hearings that begin in the late afternoon (Bunker Hill Community College, Barnstable High, and Berkshire Community College) participants are welcome to arrive either at the beginning of the hearing or at the earliest convenient time prior to 8:00 pm. These late afternoon hearings will be held until 8:00 pm, at a minimum, and longer if necessary to accommodate all those who wish to offer comments.
