‘Danger of public being swamped’ over wind turbine plans at Temple Hill
Credit: Grantham Journal | 1 November 2013 | www.granthamjournal.co.uk ~~
Opponents of a multiple wind turbine application are concerned the public has only three weeks to make its voice heard.
The turbines are to be built by RWE npower at Temple Hill subject to planning permission.
Vikki Hoole of wind turbine opposition group ReVOLT accused the developer of dirty tricks. She said: “We feel RWE has set out to swamp local people with the sheer volume of the documents, burying some very important points amongst long sections of very generic material. One thing that is clear is the scale and devastating impact of the wind farm, as depicted in RWE’s own photo montages.”
