Wind farm OK is a bad decision

The Cap Times | madison.com

Whenever there is a safety issue, there is a recall to correct the problems. Sticky throttles, tire blowouts, E. coli, salmonella, toys, playpens, and cribs are some examples of the necessity of safety rules. Officials take complaints seriously.

Residents living near industrial wind facilities report a variety of health issues. These complaints have been brought to the attention of local, county and state government and the Wisconsin Public Service Commission. With no response.

Who is watching the industrial wind industry?

Recent testing at Shirley Wind farm in Brown County led four acoustic experts to testify under oath to the need to do more in-depth testing for both the health of the wind industry and the people affected. Residents living near industrial wind operations in other parts of Wisconsin are reporting similar health issues. Their complaints have not been addressed.

My question to the Wisconsin PSC: What is the reason for ignoring all the evidence?

The PSC granting Emerging Energies approval to build the Highland Wind Farm in St. Croix County is a slap in the face to all the other people.
