No more wind tower

trib.com

Every law-abiding citizen, industry, rancher and native American should take offense when the U.S. Fish and Wildlife allows wind energy (wind farms) to break the law and kill eagles when all the rest of us will pay a heavy fine for killing a single eagle.

The development of electric energy by wind (wind farms) has the purpose of helping to reduce global warming, this by a small measure. Yet for this small measure the U.S. Fish and Wildlife is being allowed to operate in an illegal manner. How can this be? In Wyoming a single wind energy unit during a five year period killed a dozen eagles, the largest recorded in the nation. In Albert Providence in Canada, I have been told, you will see a wind tower design that will not kill eagles.

Hopefully before there are more killing, towers built there should be a redesign to protect birds. Better yet, no towers at all.
