This letter serves as notification to the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) and Energy Facility Siting Council (EFSC) that Antelope Ridge Wind Power Project LLC, the applicant for Site Certificate for the Antelope Ridge Wind Farm, hereby withdraws its Application for Site Certificate from consideration by EFSC.
We would like to express our appreciation for the professionalism and diligence with which you and your colleagues at ODOE have worked with us to develop a robust application. Although current market conditions do not allow us to proceed with the application process at this time, we look forward to building upon the strong precedent that has been set in coordination with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Oregon Governor’s Office to potentially restart project permitting in the future.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Sincerely,
Sam Littlefield
Project Development Manager
Antelope Ridge Wind Power Project LLC
