Ill winds blow for Wells County project

Regardless of whether the Wells County Plan Commission eventually approves a revised wind-farm proposal submitted by Apex Wind Energy, County Councilman Mike Mossburg vows the project hasn’t got a chance.
The plan commission tabled a vote on the proposal until July 3 after a four-hour public hearing June 17 that brought out an estimated 300 people.
