Damages totaled $32,405 and a settlement was made.

The date of Monday, March 4, at 10 a.m. has been set for a public hearing of the Fiscal Year 2014 budget to be held in the Tama County Board of Supervisors meeting room, 204 West State, Toledo.

Due to Presidents’ Day falling on Monday, Feb. 18, supervisors will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
