Wind farm deal sealed

Hydro Tasmania has signed a deal with a Chinese energy company to finance the Musselroe wind farm in northern Tasmania.
Shenhua Clean Energy Holdings has paid $89 million to take a 75 per cent stake in the project.
Executives from both companies joined the Premier, Lara Giddings, at a signing ceremony in Hobart this morning.
The $394 million wind farm is scheduled to begin operating in July.
