To Reunion Power:
Reunion Power is invited to a gathering on my property upon the ridge in Pittsford where you are planning on developing, Grandpa’s Knob Windpark. Of course, my property is no longer part of this development proposal, and I have been extremely busy since terminating my easement agreement on June 27, 2012.
After you basically called me a liar in your article dated July 26, 2012, I immediately defended the facts and produced a 180-plus-page consumer fraud report dated Aug. 6, 2012, to the attorney general’s office and copied it to the governor and the Public Service Board. The report was against Reunion Power, LLC, Grandpa’s Knob Windpark, LLC, Grandpa’s Knob Renewable Energy, LLC, and Nordex USA, Inc. This is not the first time your company has been on a first-name basis with a state’s highest attorney, nor am I in a position to lie to such an authority. As the asset manager and salesman for this project, I could not think of a greater opportunity to showcase your proposal, defuse the so-called fear tactics employed by me, and demonstrate the community good that your proposal will bring upon our area. After all, you should be proud of the product you are selling. Instead you reside in that office in Manchester with nothing to show to these four communities. If this project drags on any longer, you may want to reconsider changing the name to “Great Great Great Grandpa’s Knob Windpark.”
As part of this invite and only exclusively for this event, I herby waive the no-trespassing notice I sent to you on July 9, 2012, forbidding you and any affiliates of the project from utilizing the private road known as Old Hubbardton Road. Please consider the invite and bring any members of the development team including counsel.
I have never been one to climb any pedestals that I have built for myself as you alluded to, I only climb these rugged hills and ridges, which will remain. The gathering starts at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6, with a rain date of Oct. 7 at the same time.
