Turbine appeals

The developers behind two wind turbine applications, which have recently been refused by Torridge District Council, have lodged appeals against the decisions.
A 79-metre turbine at Vaglefield Farm in Holsworthy was refused at the plans committee in July. Developer One Wind Renewables lodged an appeal.
A 72-metre turbine planned for a site near Broadwoodwidger, above Roadford Lake, was refused by the planning committee in June. Developers Aspire Planning Ltd lodged an appeal.
