To hear Gov. Shumlin (for whom I voted) congratulate himself on his administration’s “transparency” in regard to that allegation of illegal overtime pay (and wasn’t that exposed, and not by his administration?) is a real knee-slapper!
Where is “transparency” in regard to Shumlin’s bedmate, Green Mountain Power, which is now hauling wind turbines larger than missiles to stick on the poor Lowell Mountain ridgelines?
Despite well-researched, reasoned, intense opposition, to which Shumlin and our Washington darlings (for whom I voted) turned a deaf ear and blind eye, Green Mountain Power continues to shower unexplained multi-millions on poor towns in its quest to wind-towerize 200 miles of ridgelines in this, our Green Mountain State.
Tragic, yet fatuous. Will no one help us?
