Unconcerned with neighbors

I read with interest the recent letter to the editor written by Robert E. Howland of Pittsford regarding the industrial wind farm proposed for Grandpa’s Knob and have a few questions and observations based on that letter.
Mr. Howland, why did you fail to state anywhere in your letter that you are employed as a consultant by Reunion Power?
You express concern about the planet’s atmosphere. Where is your expression of concern for the residents of the towns (many of whom are your neighbors) that would be unduly adversely impacted by this project through the noise they generate, both audible and inaudible?
By the stress produced through the “shadow flicker” the blades produce when they happen to be turning?
By the property values that will be substantially impacted due to this industrial wind farm?
By the severe negative impact on the ridgeline ecosystem through the construction of this project according to the state of Vermont Agency of Natural Resources?
Are the tax credits worth it?
Your boss, Mr. Eisenberg of Reunion Power, is on record as indicating he too does not care about the residents of the towns impacted by his project. What I wonder about is why this project is not proposed for the area around Mount Equinox in Manchester – where Mr. Eisenberg lives?
