Where was our share?

I would like to congratulate the good fortune of Glynneath and Onllwyn in obtaining compensation for the wind farm between the two valleys.
The amount of compensation – £185,000 a year for 25 years – should benefit them greatly. However, I wonder where Blaengwrach councillor Alf Sidley was when the decision was made to share this pot of money between Onllwyn and Glynneath and not include Cwmgwrach where it has a had huge visual impact.
Cwmgwrach has lost the equivalent of £1,450,000. What a difference that could have made to this small community .
