Maine Superior Court agrees with wind turbine farm neighbors on Vinalhaven

Today Maine Superior Court rejected the effort by the wind turbine farm operator, Fox Islands Wind, to block the July 2011 petition filed by neighbors to review the decision by the state agency, DEP, invalidating two years of work to bring FIW into compliance on violations of the state noise standard for turbines.
