[Vibration measurements for Saint-Servant wind turbines — GDF Suez, operating the wind facility for Eole Génération, plans to make vibration measurements in homes close to the wind turbines. These wind turbines, installed in 2009, are in the crosshairs of some residents. Noisy because of a defect in the last third of the blade, they are not operated at night and are limited during the day. Trees were planted to hide their views and the shadows when the sun is low, and some homes have received insulation work. But residents complain of vibration.]
