Wind farm foes get organized

Opponents of the proposed wind farms in southern Wells County have now formed into an official group. The Wells County Concerned Citizens have received their incorporation papers from the state, have put up a website (www.wellsccc.org) and have a phone number for people to call: 260-353-1077.
