[Wind project may move to another site: The proposed installation of a 50-turbine wind energy facility in the mountains of Almudaina and Alfaro may not go ahead if in the end the Department of Infrastructure decides to move it to another area. The declaration of the Sierra de Alfaro as a Special Protection Area for Birds complicates the installation of wind turbines and requires seeking alternative locations in the region or away from it.]
