Noble commissioners propose tighter wind turbine restrictions

ALBION – The Noble County Commissioners Monday proposed tighter restrictions on where large wind turbines for energy generation could be located in Noble County. The commissioners’ proposals stem from concerns about how such turbines will affect property values and quality of life for those near them, as well as basic safety.
