Three communities say no to Big Wind

On Nov. 17, three Maine communities traveled to the state Capitol building and stood up in front of TV cameras to have a say.
Highland Plantation and Lexington and Concord Townships are saying no to Big Wind. We do not want an industrial turbine plant in our rural communities.
We ask Gov. Paul LePage to remove our communities from the Expedited Permitting Zone.
And we insist that the wind developers who have had us in their sights abandon all plans for their projects and go home.
