Goodhue County will not file an appeal in the case of the 78-megawatt wind farm planned by developer AWA Goodhue Wind, commissioners decided this morning.
Commissioner Ron Allen moved to file for appeal and Chairman Ted Seifert seconded the motion, but it failed with a 2-2 vote of Commissioner Jim Bryant and Commissioner Dan Rechtzigel opposing. Commissioner Richard Samuelson was absent.
