Bishop CISD rejects wind farm

In a meeting Thursday, the Bishop Consolidated Independent School District Board of Trustees declined to approve tax zoning that would have helped pave the way for a new wind farm near Petronila. The board debated for more than an hour whether to establish a re-investment zone for the proposed wind farm.
