Ron and Sue Bailey were excited when they heard wind developers were interested in installing turbines on their land. They’re believers in green energy, and they were happy to earn some extra money through leases. But as the couple began to research what turbines sound like up-close, they changed their minds and became engaged in a community dispute. The film Windfall documents their story.
