BUZZARDS BAY – The Cape Cod Commission will open district of regional (DRI) impact review of the proposed New Generation Wind subdivision between Scenic Highway and Route 25 July 11 at the agency office in Barnstable village.
The Edgehill Park subdivision is planned for land where New Generation also has plans before the commission for a five-turbine wind farm. The subdivision plan is a hedge against the turbine proposal not advancing. The subdivision plan effectively locks in zoning at the time of it filing.
The plan calls for five roads and eight large lots.
