BUZZARDS BAY – The Bourne Board of Health has continued until July 13 its final deliberation of a draft turbine regulation that is being reviewed by Town Counsel Robert Troy and Associate Town Counsel Brian Wall. Approval had been pending Wednesday night.
Board chairman Kathy Peterson said the idea is “to look at all the nooks and crannies” in the regulation. She invited the public to provide written comment about “any glaring errors” in the regulation. She said no public comment would be accommodated July 13 at 6 p.m.
New Generation Wind principal Tudor Ingersoll and consultant John Lipman attended the Wednesday night meeting along with Buzzards Bay and Bournedale residents opposed to Ingersoll’s controversial five-turbine wind-farm proposal off Scenic Highway and Route 25. The plan is in Cape Cod Commission review.
