Unused wind farm raises decommissioning issues

For nearly five years, 37 unused Mitsubishi wind turbines have languished on 91 acres of land off South Point road on the Big Island. Rusting and missing blades, they’ve been described by some as an eyesore, while some travel guides have listed them as a must-see destination.
