Burton Agnes: Plans for a temporary wind turbine monitoring mast have been given the go ahead.
The 70-metre structure is the forerunner to a possible wind farm.
Plans are in the pipeline for up to nine wind turbines at Thornholme Fields, Rudston Road, Burton Agnes. But no application has yet been submitted.
East Riding Council planning officers have agreed the monitoring mast can stay in place for two years.
