CLAYBANKS TWP. – Changes to the wind power ordinance in Claybanks Township could effect a proposed BP wind energy project in southern Oceana County.
The Claybanks Board approved last week a planning commission recommendation to amend the set-back rule for any energy project using wind turbines.
