Protesters picket meeting

Representatives and members of Great Lakes Wind LLC, Excelon, members of the Palmyra planning commission, and other visitors were greeted by protesters when they held a community meeting Tuesday, Jan. 18 to discuss the proposed wind turbine installation. “Go home Excelon!” was the common phrase shouted at the cars entering the Legion Hall parking lot off Adrian Street. There were 13 protesters in all.
