Perkins wind turbine drops blade

For the second time in two years, Perkins Schools officials shut down the wind turbines on school property after a mechanical failure.
This time, bolts on one of the blades broke, which released the blade. The blade dived to the base of the turbine.
The first malfunction happened on a gusty cold day. In that case, the turbine shattered, shooting debris into the parking lot.
