The state Department on Environmental Conservation has placed copies of the draft scoping document for the environmental review for Galloo Island Wind Farm at the Hounsfield town clerk’s office, 18774 Route 66; Hay Memorial Library, 105 Broad St., Sackets Harbor, and Henderson Free Library, 8939 Route 178 in Henderson.
The document also is available online at www.dec.ny.gov/permits/6061.html.
The public hearings on the document will be at 3 and 7 p.m. Tuesday at the public safety building, 411 W. Washington St., Sackets Harbor. The department will accept written comments through June 30.
