RWE plans to build six wind-power projects in Czech Republic

ESSEN, Germany – RWE AG. said it is planning to build six wind-power projects in the Czech Republic with a combined generating capacity of about 100 megawatts (MW).
The company said it took over the projects from Aufwind Energie GmbH and also acquired Aufwind Energie’s local unit AFE Bohemia s.r.o., it said.
Building permission for the six projects is expected between 2009 and 2011.
