Turbines are an ill wind

I have been keeping an eye on the erection of the wind turbines off the parkway.

When these were completed and I saw the size of them while driving in to town from the M1 motorway, I could not believe the number of people slowing down and taking their eyes off the road.

This is a recipe for disaster.

Surely when these turbines were first mentioned and were put forward for planning I would have assumed that something would have been said by the council planners as to the potential risk for an accident due to the proximity of these turbines adjacent to one of the busiest sections of road in Sheffield.

If anyone associated with the planning consent being granted reads this could they please let me know if they took what I have said into consideration because in my opinion nobody has evaluated the risks.
