Wasted on the wind

Assembly Minister Jane Davidson says that she is very concerned about the impact of rising prices of fuel on vulnerable people and that it is important that Westminster, WAG and other devolved administrations have a dialogue on how to tackle the issues together.

What about the millions that the Welsh Assembly Government is piling on our energy bills to subsidise their almost useless wind turbines?

This virtually total waste of our money, much of it coming from the poorest and most vulnerable sections of our society, is predicted to top £1bn in little more than two years.

Surely this is just another manifestation of the “rob the poor to give to the rich” policy of Westminster and Cardiff Bay?
