Horncastle MP Sir Peter Tapsell has written a letter to Enertag opposing its plans to put up wind turbines near Baumber.
Sir Peter said he has received a great number of letters of protest about this proposal and also expressed his own views.
“I am personally strongly opposed to the erection of inland wind turbines which ruin the landscape of the exquisitely beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and skies, immortalised by our local poet, Lord Tennyson.”
The consultation period to allow people to raise their concerns and issues with Enertrag will close on May 12.
