Power firm appeals over turbines

Power firm Coronation Power has appealed to the Secretary of State for the Environment after Calderdale Council failed to make a decision in the allotted time over its plans.
It is proposing installation and operation of five wind turbines and ancillary infrastructure at Crook Hill, Reddyshore Scout Gate Lane, Todmorden.
