Council objects to wind farm

A community council has lodged a range of objections to plans for a wind farm in the Lammermuir Hills near Duns.
North British Windpower wants to erect 48 turbines at Fallago Rig but the Ministry of Defence have raised serious concerns about the impact on radar.
Cranshaws, Ellemford and Longformacus council told a public inquiry it would damage tourism and the landscape.
