A public inquiry into controversial plans to put five huge wind turbines on Todmorden Moor is to be widened.
It will now also determine the fate of plans for turbines at nearby Reaps Moss, in Rossendale.
The original inquiry was to have been held in Halifax but a new venue is being sought, along with a date for the hearing which is expected to last several days.
Coronation Power has pressed the Planning Inspectorate to determine its proposals because Calderdale and Rochdale Councils have failed to deliver a verdict nearly a year after applications were submitted.
