ENFIELD – Developer John Rancich, the man behind the proposed Enfield Wind Farm, addressed the town board concerning a local law passed in late December by the previous town board that he says “effectively kills (his) wind farm.”
He asked what the board planned to do about the law, which he feels the public did not support.
Town Supervisor Frank Podufalski said it is his intention to obtain approval from the town board to have the town attorney revisit the law to determine its legality and what process would have to be undertaken to undo it.
