Town council's turbine objection

Plans for a windfarm near Pontardawe are unsuitable because of years of mining have left the area unstable, according to the town council.Councillors have also objected to the proposals for Mynydd y Gwrhyd because they say there are no suitable access roads and the development would have a negative impact on the landscape.
