When no means no!

In response to the article in the Journal on October 10 by Arthur Williams. Once again we have AAT rearing its head in the news or should I say Mr McCallum’s head. When will this gentleman realise the meaning of no?

He keeps harping on about his so-called community wind farm. Yet this wind farm was rejected by the nearest affected communities namely Tai’rgwaith and Gwaun-cae-Gurwen despite his claims to the contrary.

It was twice rejected by Neath Port Talbot Council, despite being revised from five turbines to four due to visual impact.

It was also turned down by a planning inspector at a public inquiry.

You would think that such a negative response would have sunk in after all that, but, no, Mr McCallum challenged the inspector’s decision and undertook an appeal to the High Court where it was again rejected.

High Court appeals are not a cheap endeavour! Who is funding AAT charitable trust in all this?
