Court bid by wind farm opponents
Opponents to a wind farm planned for Skye have gone to court in an effort to halt the development.
Engineering group Amec have planning permission from Highland Council for 18 turbines at Edinbane.
Campaign group Skye Wind Farm Action Group (Swag) is seeking a judicial review at the Court of Session of the local authority’s decision.
Highland Council is contesting the action. Lord Hodge is expected to give a decision in the case at a later date.
