One of Victoria’s most controversial wind farm proposals – the Dollar wind farm, near Leongatha in Gippsland – collapsed last month following the withdrawal of proponent AGL Energy. But why?
Local farmers and residents claimed the answer lay in a secret panel report, a report which Victorian Planning Minister Justin Madden refused to release.
