Thousands of dollars worth of tools have disappeared from the Maple Ridge Wind Farm in Lewis County.

Lewis County Sheriff’s Department investigators say thieves made off with approximately $25,000 worth of tools sometime over the Memorial Day weekend.

The tools were taken from locked tool boxes on vehicles on company property on Gardner Road in the Town of Lowville.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information to call them at 376-3511.
