Protest group Shetland Against Wind farms (SAWG) has set up a website for people to air their views on the proposed wind farm project on the islands.
The website contains the group’s mission statement and an outline of the case against wind farms. There is also the chance to register for further information.
SAWG organiser Stuart Dobson said: “We have just started and have an organising committee of half a dozen. Now the website is up and running we can start getting a membership together.”
Visitors to the site will have the opportunity to vote or express an opinion for or against the project that aims to be Europe’s most productive wind farm.
The website is www.sawg.websitewizard.com
