Time to stop turbine scam

Speculators are making ever more exaggerated claims for bigger wind generators, in larger schemes, to milk greater sums from our pockets – all under the almost entirely spurious claim that they are saving the planet.

Now power distribution engineers are expressing concern that if the proportion of power being randomly fed into the grid much exceeds the present trifling amounts that our millions are buying, then serious technical problems will threaten supplies as a whole.

There may be some people who are happy to see our countryside desecrated, integrity of supply threatened and electricity bills inflated, to benefit (mainly overseas) investors, but most of us are not. Let us, therefore, as a new year resolution, make up our minds to stop this scam once and for all.
