The Open Spaces Society says it is celebrating the Welsh Assembly’s rejection of plans for wind turbines at Cefn Gwrhyd, north of Pontardawe.General secretary Kate Ashbrook added yesterday: “We rejoice that the plans have been rejected and that this lovely hillside will remain unspoilt for everyone to enjoy.”
