Agency not supportive enough for city wind farm

The city of Princeton has decided to let the wind blow through Princeton without capturing it.

For the last year, the city had a test tower in the technology park to gather wind data, according to electric superintendent Jason Bird. However, he says, Illinois Municipal Electrical Agency won’t provide enough financial support to make the construction feasible.
