Plans to build a wind farm in north Cornwall are being considered by planners on Thursday.
If successful, five 71m high (232ft) wind turbines will be built on land at Otterham near Camelford.
The proposed site is near an area of outstanding natural beauty, but the report said care would be taken not to clutter the skyline.
It is the third time an application has been made for a wind farm in the area, not all by the same applicant.
