Cuxhaven, August 28, 2006 – The Plambeck Neue Energien AG wind-farm projector (ISIN DE000A0JBPG2) today receives approval for the “Gode Wind” offshore wind-farm from the Federal Agency for Marine Shipping and Hydrography (BSH).
Thus, 80 wind-energy systems of the 5 MW class can be set up in the North Sea about 33 kilometres to the north of Norderney. The investment volume will amount to about 750 mill. Euro. Plambeck Neue Energien AG is planning implementation of this project with a strong and financially powerful partner. Discussions are already being held with interested parties.
The approval relates to the first phase of this project, which can be extended to more than 220 wind-energy systems in further steps. A start of construction for the offshore wind-farm is being aimed for in 2008 / 2009.
